Dear Parents/Carers,
Please note the following updates to information sent home on Tuesday via hardcopy note and SeeSaw post.
In response to our most recent COVID-19 information provided by the Department, EVPPS has cancelled all assemblies and special events until further notice.
This includes:
- Â Monday PBS Assembly
- Â RM 10 Assembly (3rd Apr)
- Â School ANZAC Service (9th Apr)
In addition, we have adapted our procedure for students at break times to limit the amount of students in an area.
The procedure we are trialling is:
10.30 am – Students eat in their classroom setting or supervised on the lawn outside with just their classmates and not in close proximity to another class.
10.40 am – Students are taken by their classroom teacher to the main playground and play until the bell sounds at 11.10 am.
The same procedure happens at lunchtime.
School photos will still take place on Tuesday 31st March and Thursday 2nd April. A schedule will be published closer to the date.
