Welcome to EVPPS and our Japanese Language program. All students from years 1 to 6 attend a weekly Japanese lesson with our specialist teacher, Mr David Pemberton.
The children enjoy an integrated program that targets speaking and listening in the early years and reading and writing in the upper years. Our children enjoy their lessons in a traditional Japanese setting with shoes removed outside before they enter the classroom.
Throughout the year the children engage in a range of activities that also compliment special whole school events such as Harmony Day.
